30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on EVEXIA OS Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends there is nothing to refund — you simply keep Premium until the trial finishes.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all EVEXIA OS orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the support contact in the app and we will help you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show the credit.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Premium → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Renewals

We send no charge without a renewal you agreed to at checkout. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will sort it out.
